The flow coater is a painting machine that accommodates various applications. It utilizes a special mechanism to allow liquid paint to flow down into a thin film by leveraging gravity and the surface tension of the coating agent. This film then passes rapidly beneath, providing an extremely thin, uniform, and flawless coating on materials such as boards. Unlike spray painting, it minimizes paint splatter and waste, making it highly economical to use.
