◆ MOIST is a tool for X-ray diffraction measurements of protein crystals at room temperature, combining our LithoLoops and SPIKA (polyimide tube). ◆ There is no background X-ray generated due to the materials of the loop and polyimide tube. ◆ The airtightness within the tube is good, and the mother liquor or crystals retained in the loop do not dry out for over a month under conditions of 20°C and 30-50% RH. ◆ Soaking compounds into protein crystals or replacing with antifreeze agents can be easily performed while mounted. ◆ The CryoCaps can be recycled after use.

◆ MOIST is a dedicated tool for measuring X-ray diffraction of protein crystals at room temperature, combining our LithoLoops and SPIKA (polyimide tube). ◆ There is no background X-ray generated due to the materials of the loop and polyimide tube (Background-Free). ◆ The airtightness within the tube is good, and the mother liquor or crystals retained in the loop do not dry out for over a month under 20°C and 30-50% RH conditions. ◆ It uses SPINE specification CryoCaps. It is not compatible with other products. ◆ A three-way valve is attached to the CryoCaps, serving as a reservoir for precipitating agents and antifreeze agents, preventing the drying of drops or crystals. ◆ When placing an order, please select 5 LithoLoops (type and size) of your choice. ◆ Soaking compounds or replacing with antifreeze agents can be easily performed while mounted on the protein crystals. ◆ CryoCaps can be recycled after use. We will return the CryoCaps after cleaning them at our company.
