The "PFA Resin Series" is a liquid flow meter designed to detect the regularly occurring Kármán vortices downstream of a vortex-generating column placed in a flow using a non-contact ultrasonic sensor. This series is molded as a single piece with highly corrosion-resistant PFA resin in the wetted parts, eliminating seals and pockets outside of the piping connection, making it suitable for measuring chemicals, corrosive liquids, and ultra-pure water. It is lightweight due to its resin construction, allowing for direct installation on resin piping such as ultra-pure water lines.
