We propose anti-reflective (AR) coatings tailored to specifications for automotive products, home appliances, and various optical components.
This is a coating designed to reduce surface reflection and improve the transmittance of products. Since our founding, we have expanded the application of anti-reflective (AR) coatings, which were originally processed for sunglass lenses, to the automotive field, including navigation cover panels and sensor lenses. We can accommodate various types of resins and glass. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
Vacuum deposition is a film formation technology in which the deposition material is heated and vaporized in a high vacuum environment. The vaporized material, now in gaseous form, collides with and adheres to the substrate, resulting in the formation of a thin film. This is similar to the principle of water vapor condensing on a surface when a plate is brought above boiling water. By varying the combinations of deposition materials such as dielectrics and metals, along with parameters like refractive index, thickness, and number of layers, it is possible to control the transmission, reflection, and absorption of light (ultraviolet, visible, and infrared). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
