Metal mirrors, half mirrors, discontinuous mirrors, decorative mirrors, can be used in various products.
This is a coating that improves the reflectivity of product surfaces. The half-mirror, which has no light loss and where the sum of reflectivity and transmittance equals 100%, can be adjusted for reflectivity according to customer requirements. It achieves high durability films not only for glass but also for resins, and depending on specifications, we can also propose high-durability aluminum mirrors without hard coatings for materials such as PC and COP.

basic information
Vacuum deposition is a film formation technology that involves heating and vaporizing the deposition material in a high vacuum environment. The vaporized material, now in gas form, collides with and adheres to a substrate, resulting in the formation of a thin film. This process is similar to the principle of water vapor condensing on a surface when a plate is brought over boiling water. By varying the combinations of deposition materials such as dielectrics and metals, along with parameters like refractive index, thickness, and number of layers, it is possible to control the transmission, reflection, and absorption of light (ultraviolet, visible, and infrared).
