A high-pressure optical cell capable of optical measurements under high pressure up to 400 MPa!
The "PCI-400" is an optical measurement cell that can be installed in the sample room of your existing spectroscopic analysis equipment to perform high-pressure spectroscopic analysis (UV-visible absorption measurement, fluorescence measurement). It can be installed on commercially available spectrometers from most manufacturers. Additionally, temperature control is possible through the built-in constant temperature water circulation piping. 【Features】 ■ Measurement of internal temperature (pressure medium temperature) is possible with an optional thermocouple ■ The adoption of a micro inner cell allows for the measurement of small sample volumes ■ A low-adsorption material called Calrets is used for the tube diaphragm to minimize adsorption of substances like proteins ■ Sample filling can be done outside the high-pressure cell, ensuring reliable filling ■ The inner cell can be cleaned using ultrasonic cleaning *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
