Our company has developed the V-TECH vacuum furnace, which thoroughly pursues exterior quality. The heating and cooling chambers are groundbreaking vacuum furnaces that block factors affecting exterior quality, such as humidity, by not coming into contact with outside air. Currently, it is used for the heat treatment of many precision parts and molds, and through joint development with equipment manufacturers, we predict dimensional changes and deformation due to heat treatment, and have developed special jigs to reduce finishing work after heat treatment.
