The "1UP CCL Fully Automatic Assembly Device" is a mechanism specialized for mass production of thin products. By establishing dedicated sections for the lower copper foil, SUS plate, upper copper foil, assembly table, and substrate, it prevents supply delays of each material. Therefore, a four-way conveyor system is adopted at the top. Additionally, it prevents foreign matter from adhering to the SUS plate, and by implementing dust collection from all sides around the carrier plate on the assembly table, it also prevents the scattering of substrate powder and other materials.
