Equipped with 4 nozzles on the head, it automatically transports and programs 4 ICs simultaneously, achieving a productivity of UPH1800. The pitch between the nozzles is aligned with the pitch between the programmer's adapters, enabling simultaneous pickup and improving productivity. The AT3-310A2N supports even smaller ICs (2x3mm) due to the high-resolution CCD upgrade compared to conventional models. The input and output devices can be freely combined with trays, tapes, and tubes. With powerful software control, writing, verification, and carrier conversion are accomplished in a single process.

This is an IC automatic transport and programming system for trays, tubes, and tapes (combinations of IN/OUT are possible). It enables reliable writing, testing, carrier conversion, and marking with powerful software control (options are available for features other than writing). In addition to being equipped with two high-resolution CCD cameras for positioning, a dedicated module achieves efficient and reliable multi-site IC writing. Various I/O settings can be easily configured, and IN/OUT carriers can be flexibly exchanged according to the carrier that holds the ICs.
