**Case Details** ■ Installation Location In the raw material warehouse of a food manufacturing company (natto production) ■ Purpose Transporting pallets of paper bags containing 30kg of soybeans to the raw material inlet (pallets stacked 6 to 7 layers high, approximately 1.5m) ■ Reason for Implementation To reduce labor in transportation tasks and address back pain issues. Previously, about 100 to 150 bags were transported manually each day, but there were concerns about the physical limits of the workers and a tendency for back pain. ■ Feedback After Implementation It has been more effective in reducing labor and addressing back pain than we expected. The fatigue level of the workers has decreased, allowing for continuous work, which has enabled stable operations even during busy periods.
