Rust-proof, peel-proof, high heat resistance! 20-year durable metal QR "QR nameplate"
The patented "QR Nameplate" is a QR nameplate developed for metals used in molds and tools at parts production factories. Automotive molds require storage for 20 years, while other products require 10 years, and the "QR Nameplate" meets these performance needs, enabling the digital management of production sites for usage history, inventory, location, and asset management. The QR code is directly engraved on an aluminum plate and coated with a special glass coat to ensure light resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, achieving a reading guarantee of approximately 20 years. There is limited space for attaching the plate. We offer types A to D according to your needs. 【Features】 ■ Centralized management of item information ■ Excellent durability ■ Various sizes available ■ Achieved low cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 2010 and has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, the introduction of IoT and M2M, which originated from Germany's Industry 4.0, has progressed, but we are still often asked how to make use of the vast amounts of data collected. Issues such as on-site malfunctions, rework, equipment minor stops, major stops, and unexpected mold failures leading to production halts have not improved at all. We have been chosen by the field and have made a commitment to refine useful tools and systems that align closely with our customers' sites. The keyword is "realization" that truly benefits the field. We are promoting internal reform through four projects to practice "collecting ⇒ viewing ⇒ analyzing ⇒ utilizing" data at our customers' sites. Our approach does not start with the introduction of IoT; instead, we begin with hearing our customers' challenges. Rather than big data, we carefully select and collect data that is deemed necessary, starting with one process and then expanding to the next process, which we recommend as a small start. This allows us to proceed without the large initial investment typical of core systems, while observing the effects. If you are looking to solve the challenges currently facing you, please feel free to consult with us.
