"Flexo" is a direct laser processing plate-making method that uses UV ink without any chemical agents or harmful organic solvents. It reduces waste paper through bulk production (inline processing). It is environmentally friendly by using recycled paper. Additionally, it is possible to apply multiple anti-counterfeiting methods, such as special glossy printing, watermark printing, gold and silver metallic printing, line pattern printing, and special printing that makes text or images stand out when copied. Furthermore, inline processing allows for bulk production from printing to post-processing, achieving shorter delivery times and reduced inventory.
