The "ADS Series" is a press machine that thoroughly pursues essential safety, multi-variety, and multi-process production. In the linked mode (front operation), it enables unmanned one-process press processing through the combination of multi-axis robots and loaders. The one-process mode (rear operation) allows operators to work safely outside the danger zone through rear and side operations of the press machine. Additionally, a single press machine can sequentially rotate and move molds for up to six processes (up to twelve processes at most) to complete the final process, and the sequence can be programmed. Mold changes can be performed simultaneously at any position in the six stages.
