~Easily and economically create high-quality beads~ At the Machine Elements Technology Exhibition, we will demonstrate automatic welding by equipping robots with the new technology arc TIG process.
■High Welding Speed - The concentrated arc creates a high energy density at the electrode tip, improving welding speed. - The narrowed arc allows for a welding speed that is twice that of conventional TIG welding. ■High Operability - The electrode can be used for a long time, and replacing and regrinding the electrode is easy. - Compared to plasma welding, there are fewer welding parameter settings, making operation simple. - Welding is possible in horizontal and vertical positions, in addition to downward. ■High Economic Efficiency - High welding quality is achieved through the TIG process. - Welding can be done without gaps, eliminating the need for backing bars. - The number of layers is reduced, significantly shortening welding construction time. - Reducing the amount of welding metal lowers costs for wire, gas, electricity, and consumables.

basic information
Aichi Industry will exhibit at the "22nd Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition (M-Tech)" held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 20 (Wednesday) to June 22 (Friday) with the theme "The Future of Welding is Here!" [East Hall 5, 60-54]. This exhibition will be divided into a robot-equipped corner and a manual operation corner. In the robot-equipped corner, we will demonstrate automatic welding using the new Arc TIG process technology announced this year by the leading welding company Fronius from Austria. Additionally, for the preceding process of part transportation, we will showcase a transportation demo using the demagnetizing magnet gripper from the U.S. company MagSwitch, and for the subsequent grinding process, we will demonstrate automatic grinding with controlled robots developed independently by Aichi Industry. In the manual operation corner, we will showcase the new lineup of compact high-performance arc welding machines from Fronius and demonstrate MagSwitch's magnetic tools. In resistance welding technology, we will demonstrate the portable resistance welding machine Ergoweld from the French company Elco, which is adopted by leading manufacturers overseas, and the Ergogan, which enables stable and high-quality welding through adaptive control.

Company information
Aichi Sangyo celebrated its 80th anniversary in September 2017. ----------------------------------- Aichi Sangyo began with the import of welding rods from Belgium. Since then, we have provided technologies in welding, metallurgy, and machine tools necessary for Japan's manufacturing in shipbuilding, energy, construction, vehicles, automotive, and aerospace. In recent years, our product offerings have expanded to include not only welding systems and machining centers but also metal 3D printing systems and automated equipment systems. However, what remains unchanged is Aichi Sangyo's mission to enhance customer value and contribute to Japan's manufacturing. Moving forward, we aim to gather internal and external technologies and wisdom, deepen communication, and continue to provide new value-added products and services that meet our customers' expectations, thereby solving the challenges of Japan's manufacturing.
