【Materials Handling】 ■ Virgin - A representative material with excellent chemical resistance, wear resistance, and heat resistance, suitable for all sealing materials and standalone components. ■ Modified Type - A new type of PTFE that excels in creep resistance, bending life, tensile strength, etc., making it suitable for dynamic sealing materials. ■ Glass Fiber (Filler) - Significantly improves mechanical properties and wear resistance without greatly affecting scientific and electrical properties. ■ Graphite (Filler) - Suitable for chemical applications due to low initial wear and starting resistance, as well as excellent thermal conductivity and chemical resistance. ■ Bronze (Filler) - Enhances wear resistance, strength, and compressive strength, with good thermal conductivity. ■ Carbon Fiber (Filler) - Excellent compressive strength, creep characteristics, and wear resistance, with good wear characteristics in water. ■ Molybdenum Disulfide (Filler) - Improves strength, tensile strength, wear resistance, and electrical insulation when used with materials like glass fiber and bronze. ■ Ekonol (Filler) - Suitable for bearings made of soft metal materials, also compatible for use in water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
