ASC's piezoelectric (IEPE) accelerometers are made of PZT ceramics. This sensor has a built-in voltage converter and is equipped with a preamplifier that outputs a low-impedance voltage signal. ASC's uniaxial IEPE accelerometers require a constant current excitation to operate. ASC offers uniaxial IEPE sensors for test & measurement and industrial applications. High-frequency IEPE sensors are robust, highly shock-resistant, hermetically sealed, and operate over a wide temperature range.
