Introduction of case studies on the adoption of quantitative drop seals and quantitative drop systems.
From material procurement to design proposals! We always strive to respond with the customer's perspective in mind!
We would like to introduce a case study of Company A, which utilized our "Quantitative Droplet System." Company A was looking for a droplet processing manufacturer to develop a product that involves soaking their self-developed aroma oils into seal-like patches. They mentioned that there were many manufacturers available for this soaking process. Through several meetings, we realized that they required control over the droplet amount and the oil retention capability when the oil was dropped onto non-woven fabric. Therefore, we proposed a relatively high-retention non-woven fabric using our system and the Matsumoto SS Material Network. As a result of their internal discussions, it was determined that the results fell within the standard value range, and they decided to adopt our solution. 【One-Stop Quantitative Droplet Seal】 ■ Material procurement ■ Colored non-woven fabric ■ Aluminum zip bags ■ Design proposals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
