[Processing Example] Sponge Gear Model

By storing materials in-house and processing them through slicing, we can procure materials at an overwhelming speed!

We would like to introduce a case where we responded to the request to "create a gear model using sponge" at an exhibition. After confirming the product specifications and usage conditions required by the customer, we check and create processing drawings, select and develop appropriate materials (sponge). Then, we perform cutting processing using a reciprocating cutter machine, adhere the pieces with tape, conduct inspection, and ship the final product.
