Here is an example of how we responded to the request to "attach insulation material to metal parts." After confirming the product specifications and usage conditions required by the customer, we check and create processing drawings, select and develop appropriate materials (sponge). We then proceed with prototyping, processing using a reciprocating cutter, punching through mass production press processing, inspection, packaging, and shipping. Our company stores materials and performs slicing in-house, allowing us to procure materials with overwhelming speed.
