An electric, stepless capacity control device for reciprocating compressors developed by the creator of HydroCOM.
The continuously variable capacity control system/eHydroCOM for reciprocating compressors is designed as a "plug-and-play" solution. The system is fully electric and does not need to be connected to an oil or cooling water circuit. eHydroCOM enables capacity control with exceptional precision and robustness. It not only dynamically controls capacity changes in a stable process but also has a wide control range, eliminating the need for operational downtime. As a result, only the amount of gas required for the process is compressed, significantly reducing the compressor's energy consumption. Not only does it keep installation costs down, but its high energy efficiency and manageable maintenance costs provide a beneficial return on investment for customers, whether for new installations or retrofitting existing machines.
