We measure the spectrum of tablets during the packaging process, inspect for the mixing of different types of tablets with the same diameter and color, and support the prevention of major defects!
Using near-infrared (NIR) light, the spectrum of tablets during the packaging process is measured to inspect for the mixing of different types of tablets that are the same size and color. If different types of tablets are detected, the machine will stop or expel the defective products. The main features are as follows: Point 1: It detects tablets with different components that cannot be distinguished by the naked eye, even if they are the same size and color. Point 2: It can detect differences in the active ingredient content even among tablets of the same component, determining them as different types. Point 3: It is compatible with high-speed blister machines from overseas manufacturers, capable of processing 16,800 tablets per minute. Point 4: It can register 100 varieties as standard, and with optional expansions, it can accommodate even more varieties. Point 5: It can handle tablets with printing or score lines.
