With the introduction of a 300t servo press, we are addressing the production of products that were difficult to mold with conventional presses and are focusing on new technology development through process transformation. By implementing VA/VE proposals, such as producing parts that are typically welded after pressing as integrated molded products, we are working to contribute to cost reduction. This has made it possible to manufacture products that could only be forged or cut by sharing servo press and mold technology.
