[B/F/S Process] <The ASEP-TECH system automatically produces the final product in five steps> ■STEP 1 - The melted resin is extruded into a tubular shape called a parison. ↓ ■STEP 2 - When the parison reaches the correct length, the main mold closes, and the parison is cut. - The lower part of the parison is pinched and closed, while the upper part remains open and is transported to the blow-filling section in this state. ↓ ■STEP 3 - The blow-filling nozzle descends to the parison and seals at the neck of the mold. - Then, filtered sterile compressed air is blown into the container, expanding it against the cooled walls of the mold. - Next, sterile air is exhausted from the container, and an appropriate amount of liquid is filled into the container using the filling nozzle. After filling, the filling needle rises and retracts. ↓ ■STEP 4 - A separate sealing mold closes to shape and seal the top of the container. ↓ ■STEP 5 - The main mold and sealing mold open, and the filled and sealed container is discharged from the machine. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
