Widely usable for various samples! High-performance filter plate with a clog-resistant design.
The "ISOLUTE FILTER+" is a 96-well filtration filter plate designed to remove fine particles contained in analytical samples and to protect analytical columns and systems from the accumulation of fine particles over time. By layering a coarse depth filter on top of a hydrophilic 0.2μm membrane filter, it achieves good liquid flow characteristics, making it suitable for manual processing using pressure or vacuum, as well as for automated processing using automation systems. The minimum processing sample volume per well is 50μL, with a dead volume of approximately 10μL, allowing for good reproducibility of the collected liquid volume even with small sample sizes. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes a hydrophilic 0.2μm membrane filter ■ Suitable for filtering a wide range of aqueous biological samples ■ Provides good liquid flow characteristics without conditioning ■ Minimal nonspecific binding, usable for a wide range of acidic, basic, and neutral targets with different polarities/hydrophobicities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
