Ligand immobilization using click chemistry is possible! Introducing magnetic beads!
"Azido beads" easily react with compounds containing alkynes by using click chemistry reactions. If a compound has multiple functional groups, it is possible to specifically immobilize it onto azido beads by synthesizing a compound that introduces an alkyne. We also offer "alkyne beads" that readily react with compounds containing azido groups using click chemistry reactions. 【Advantages of Click Chemistry】 - Azides and alkynes react specifically and do not react with other functional groups. - Alkynes and azides can be introduced into many organic compounds. - Reactions can proceed in organic solvents or in water. - The reaction efficiency is very high, allowing for the immobilization of alkyne ligands and azide ligands even in small amounts. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
【Usage】 ■ If you want to selectively immobilize your ligand onto beads, it is possible to do so by introducing an alkyne or azide. ■ Ligands with alkyne or azide structures (such as compounds or proteins) can be immobilized to purify target proteins from biological samples like cell lysates through affinity purification. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment, Tamagawa Seiki has challenged the angular accuracy of control devices such as high-precision sensors, motors, and gyros that were necessary for the times, delivering these products to customers. Currently, we have become one of the few manufacturers in the world that develops and manufactures 2D position and angle sensors as well as 3D (spatial) position and angular velocity sensors. The motion systems that apply these high-precision sensor technologies are expanding their applications from everyday office automation to factory automation and even into the aerospace industry.
