[Achievements] Stamping Process of Small Stepper Motor Parts

Introducing the stamping process for small stepping motor parts!

We would like to introduce our achievements in "stamping processing," specifically in the stamping of small stepping motor components. Our expertise in stamping includes round stamping, square stamping, and irregular stamping. In particular, motor parts and hard disk components utilizing round stamping achieve precision with a roundness of less than 5μ, coaxiality of less than 15μ, and balance of less than 10mg/cm, along with a focus on the appearance (mirror finish) achieved through the stamping process. At Koike Seiko, we believe that products should not only be functional but also tailored to meet the characteristics and applications requested by our customers.
