Introducing the stamping process for motor cover parts!
We would like to introduce our achievements in "stamping processing," specifically in the stamping of motor cover parts. The maximum size for round shape stamping with our progressive die is an outer diameter of φ35 or less and a stamping height of 20mm or less. For single-stroke processing, the maximum range is limited by the equipment to within the pressure capacity of a 200TON press. Stamping processing allows for the handling of materials (ionizing), ensuring not only dimensional stability but also a beautiful finish in appearance.
