Introducing the machining of connector parts! It is possible to achieve a clean surface!
We would like to introduce our achievements in "stamping processing," specifically in the stamping of connector parts. This product features a stamped section that serves as the cover for the connector terminal, with the stamped flange being attached to the equipment. During the stamping process, a material known as the shock line (shock mark) experiences a reduction in thickness due to stretching, which occurs on both the stamping side and the flange side. Therefore, when the flange becomes part of the product, we increase the die radius to minimize the reduction. Additionally, the shock line on the stamping side can be smoothed out to achieve a clean surface. At Koike Seiko, we believe that a product should not only be functional in shape but also tailored to meet the characteristics and applications requested by our customers. We manufacture without compromise, from the selection of mold materials to product precision. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
