On April 1, 1977, our company, in order to widely utilize the abundant measurement and analysis technologies and facilities accumulated by Asahi Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd. (now ADEKA Corporation), as well as the experience in pollution prevention and safety and health at factories, did not keep these within the company. In addition to the measurement certification business that had been conducted at the research institute, we registered various measurement and analysis qualifications, became independent from Asahi Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd., started business activities, and registered as a corporation on September 6 of the same year, continuing to this day.
