This is an introduction to the assessment function of "Estimation Raiden," specifically the "Low Bid Simulation Function." In this function, if the "scheduled price" is publicly announced, that amount will be used; if it is not announced, an estimated price can be inputted for calculation. This allows for reverse calculation of direct construction costs and indirect expenses, and the investigation standard price and special focus investigation price are calculated based on pre-registered standard rates.
