The "Environmentally Friendly Fully Automatic Barrel Zinc Plating Line" is a barrel plating line capable of handling everything from small to large items, such as pressed parts and bolts. It enables uniform plating thickness for long items, and with the baking furnace integrated inline, we provide a stable supply of high-quality plated products with minimal overlaps and dents, 24 hours a day. By slightly extending the plating time at low current density, uniform plating thickness can be achieved.
