Since it is selected as a material for weight reduction, many items have thin wall thicknesses, and skilled craftsmen with know-how consider the characteristics of the material and process it using appropriate methods. 【Proposal Examples】 <Material Suggestions> ■ If visualization is the goal with transparent resin, we recommend vapor deposition instead of polishing, depending on the degree. ■ If hard materials and heat resistance are required, we suggest materials with glass content. ■ For lightweighting metal products, we can achieve weight reduction by changing the material to aluminum or magnesium. ■ If you want to reduce vibrations, we recommend magnesium or zinc (ZDC). <Cost Reduction> ■ Material Change - By changing to the cheapest possible material, we can reduce material costs in the product. ■ Shortening Processing Time - If deep machining is required, instead of integrated processing, we suggest splitting and bonding or screwing. - By increasing the processing R due to the remaining tool diameter, we can achieve time savings. - If a fillet is not necessary during prototyping, we can omit processing that part. <For Manufacturing by Cutting Processing...> ■ Increase the processing R (corner R) to shorten processing time. ■ Change the processing method from integrated processing to bonding. ■ Propose materials suited for prototyping purposes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
