We provide 3D data and iron castings in the same shape as the actual item! We can handle the entire production process from data creation to iron casting in one go! Verification of products and drawings is also possible!
"Reverse engineering" involves 3D scanning physical objects with an optical non-contact 3D digitizer, converting them into 3D data, which can be utilized in various scenes. We provide 3D data that matches the shape of the physical object, as well as iron castings that replicate the same shape. This data can be used for structural analysis and can also be matched with product drawings. Additionally, we can preserve artworks and cultural properties in 3D data, as well as reflect craftsmanship in 3D data. Our company leverages the advantages of a casting manufacturing company to offer a consistent service up to finished products based on customer requests. Production using 3D printers (nylon resin and sand molds) is also possible. [Features] - Creation of 3D CAD data with the same shape as the physical object - Production of castings with the same shape as the physical object - Verification of products against drawings - No need for wooden molds; storage in 3D data is possible - 3D data creation for artworks and cultural properties *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Kimura Casting Co., Ltd. is a company that primarily manufactures various types of cast iron, cast steel, and various special alloy castings. In 1966, we introduced the Full Mold Casting (FMC) method, which clearly highlighted both its advantages and disadvantages, making it challenging to overcome the drawbacks. However, after many changes, we abandoned the casting methods we had developed up to that point and specialized in this Full Mold Casting method. This focus and continuity have supported our company today, enabling new business developments. This technology also pairs well with digital technology, and supported by model production using it, we take pride in having brought about revolutionary changes in casting within a broad industrial sector. We will continue to strive to contribute to the changes in society with our "technology and quality."
