The "Green Plate" is a release plate for hot press machines, coated with fluororesin on a heat-resistant alloy aluminum sheet. The hot press method is commonly used in the manufacturing of processed wood, where the material is pressed using a press heated to over 100°C. During pressing, adhesive that seeps out can stick to the press's heating plate, making it difficult to remove the product, or cause press marks on the product due to hardened adhesive, which is a concern in the laminated plywood manufacturing process. However, our "Green Plate" can eliminate these issues. To use it, attach the Green Plate to the heating plate of the press machine. By using this product, it prevents the adhesion of adhesive that seeps from the plywood, improves the separation between the plywood and the heating plate after pressing, and facilitates smooth transportation to the next process. Additionally, hardened adhesive that adheres to the Green Plate can be easily removed by lightly wiping it with a cloth, significantly reducing press marks on the product.
