Highly sensitive measurement of carbonylated proteins! Reagents for oxidative stress research!
The "Carbonylated Protein Measurement Kit" is a marker for protein oxidative damage in humans and animals. Traditionally, colorimetric methods and HPLC methods utilizing the reaction with dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) have been used to measure carbonylated proteins, but there have been issues such as the need for a large sample volume. This kit allows for the high-sensitivity measurement of carbonylated proteins by reacting the carbonylated proteins in the sample with DNPH and then using a specific antibody that binds to the DNPH-conjugated proteins. 【Features】 ■ Reacts carbonylated proteins in the sample with DNPH ■ Uses a specific antibody for DNPH-conjugated proteins ■ Measures carbonylated proteins *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
