There are prototype achievements of "satellite models" and "satellite mouths (CFRP)" using a 3D printer!
Our company is engaged in the production of prototypes using 3D printers, and in the aerospace field, we have experience in prototyping "satellite models" and "satellite ports (CFRP)." Shapes that are impossible to achieve through machining can be created if 3D data is available. We can accommodate build sizes up to 250×330×200mm, allowing for rapid prototyping from a single piece. Materials can be selected according to application from CFRP, fiberglass, and tough nylon. 【Features】 ■ Shapes that are impossible to achieve through machining can be created if 3D data is available ■ Size: Accommodates up to 250×330×200mm ■ Materials: Can choose from CFRP, fiberglass, and tough nylon according to application ■ Proven track record in the aerospace field: satellite models, satellite ports (CFRP) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Shinwa Seiko Co., Ltd., located in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is a machine processing factory specializing in machining within 300mm. We excel in processing items within 50 to 150mm square, and we produce both round and square items, from single-piece custom matching processing (general-purpose) to new production in medium lots (around 1,000 pieces). Additionally, we routinely handle machining precision tolerances of about H7, and with the newly introduced cylindrical grinding machine, we will be able to offer even higher precision products for round items. The introduction of the cylindrical grinding machine allows for external diameter grinding of work sizes up to φ200×400(mm), enabling the processing of hardened products (HRC 50 or higher) and difficult-to-cut materials that were previously impossible with cutting methods. We have also introduced various 3D printers to propose solutions for the manufacturing challenges of "lightweighting" and "cost reduction" through our "3D printing + precision finishing processing solution."
