The LD-3K2 model is a portable dust meter designed to enhance user-friendliness. Our digital dust meters are widely used for measuring suspended particulate matter related to work environments, and they offer advantages such as obtaining data in a shorter time compared to the filtration collection method, as they operate as relative concentration meters using light scattering. On the other hand, the obtained relative concentration needs to be corrected to mass concentration by determining the mass concentration conversion coefficient based on the filtration collection method. By inputting the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value), this LD-3K2 model allows for easy conversion of the count values to mass concentration. Additionally, it is equipped with a data recording function, enabling the recorded dust concentration data to be transferred to a computer. The logging measurement recording cycle can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. With a 1-minute cycle, continuous measurement and recording for up to approximately 44 days is possible. By pre-inputting the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value), the measured values (CPM) can be easily converted and displayed as mass concentration (mg/m3). The scattering plate value and background value (BG) are retained even when the power is turned off. Furthermore, automatic correction of dust measurement values is performed using the scattering plate value and BG value data.

This value will be automatically subtracted from the next measurement value.
