We support processing for exterior wall materials, ceiling materials, floor materials, as well as texture processing for resin molds, metal molds, and embossing rolls!

At Newtex (Fine Metal Art), we manufacture essential embossing rolls and press molds for building materials through etching and NC processing. The products created using these molds include exterior wall materials, ceiling materials, flooring materials, decorative board tables, and more, featuring surface patterns that serve as the face of the product (such as stone, wood, tile, leather, pearlescent, geometric patterns, etc.). In addition to iron, special steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, we can also process resin. Depending on the material, size, and surface pattern, we selectively use or combine etching and NC processing to create patterns. We can process rolls up to φ1,500×2,500w and sheets up to approximately 2,000×4,000 in size.
