Press the studs in without causing any scratches or protrusions on the surface or back of the decorative board!
The "Cellcon Shield Stud" is a press-fit stud suitable for situations where you want to attach studs to the back side without creating holes or protrusions when using the surface as a decorative panel. By pressing it in, the knurled section plastically deforms the counterpart material and is fixed around the reverse tapered shank, resulting in high push-out strength. Additionally, the wavy knurled section displaces the counterpart metal into a wave shape, allowing for high rotational torque. 【Features】 ■ Press-fit using conventional equipment (standard press machine) ■ Achieves high push-out strength and rotational torque ■ Clean finish ■ No post-processing required after pressing ■ RoHS2 compliant We have received the following feedback from users of press nuts: "Switching from welding to this method has improved work efficiency!" "Anyone can easily install it, reducing the burden on the site!" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
