Founded in 1939 (Showa 14) in Chofu City, Tokyo, as a manufacturer of aircraft parts for the Army and Navy (currently located in Fuchu City, Tokyo). After the war, it became a certified factory of the Ministry of Telecommunications (now NTT) and began manufacturing communication-related products.
