Introduction to continuous composite technology of thermal lamination, die-cutting, and bonding processes.
We have incorporated thermal lamination technology into our resin film, adhesive material punching, and laminating and composite processing technology!
Otis specializes in die-cutting and lamination processing of resin films such as PET and PI, adhesive tapes, metal foils, and cushioning materials. With in-house developed equipment and unique know-how, we have established "one-pass processing" technology that allows for continuous processing of multiple materials on a single line, enabling high-speed and high-precision composite processing of different materials. In addition to die-cutting and lamination processing, we have developed a thermal lamination unit based on our in-house developed laminating machine, which has expanded our processing capabilities. By combining multiple heating methods, we have achieved thermal bonding at stable temperatures. Furthermore, we can customize processing conditions such as pressure and preheating time for each material and processed product according to customer requirements, allowing for high-precision lamination. Additionally, by combining this with one-pass processing, it is also possible to bond only specific parts. We are also challenging ourselves with difficult processing combinations such as fine shapes, small diameter processing, and narrow or frame-shaped products. For shape processing of thermoplastic, thermosetting sheets, and B-stage adhesive and sealing films, as well as lamination of different materials and shapes, trust Otis.

Our company is an electronics parts manufacturer that specializes in die-cutting functional materials such as films, double-sided tapes, and cushioning materials. Among these, smartphone components have been adopted by all domestic manufacturers and some overseas, currently accounting for 70% of our total sales and becoming our flagship product. There are many die-cutting manufacturers around the world, but our significant strength lies in the fact that we design and develop most of our processing machines and molds in-house. This allows us to quickly introduce new products as needed, enabling us to respond swiftly to rapidly changing demands and smoothly accommodate specification changes for remodeling.
