By equipping the fan coil unit with a heat pump, effective air conditioning can be performed for each room, aiming for an upgrade in comfort and energy efficiency. Compared to a four-pipe chilled and hot water system, there are no simultaneous uses of cold and hot water, thus avoiding excessive energy costs.
