We offer contract analysis for DNA instability tests for research purposes. In the case of humans, we analyze one sample using five types of microsatellite fluorescent markers (Bethesda panel): BAT25, BAT26, D2S123, D5S36, and D17S250. The analysis is conducted using a fluorescent sequencer, and the price is reasonable. For mouse DNA microsatellite instability tests, you will need to choose your desired primers from our selection of over 300 fluorescent primers. In both cases, you only need to send us the sample DNA. If we perform DNA purification, there will be an additional charge for DNA purification. The fees consist of a basic charge (¥65,000) plus an analysis fee for humans, which is ¥6,000 (¥1,200 x 5) multiplied by the number of samples. For mice, the analysis fee is calculated by multiplying the unit price by the number of analyses. As the number of analyses increases, the analysis fee per sample decreases.
