As the number of intelligent mobile devices rapidly increases, there is a growing trend towards faster data communication. This places a significant load on backbone networks and data centers to handle large volumes of data. The potential demands that will be required in the future for transportation infrastructure and its inherent traffic will be insufficient with 10G Ethernet. To address these needs, IEEE has developed new Ethernet standards such as 25GBASE-T at 25Gbps and 40GBASE-T at 40Gbps. Due to stricter insertion loss requirements, the connection length is limited to a maximum of 30m.
