LED lighting that can be installed on flat surfaces, vertical surfaces, and ceilings, ideal for factories and warehouses where existing frameworks can be utilized as is for renewal and used as floodlights.

Achieves brightness equivalent to a conventional 400W mercury lamp with only 100W, reducing power consumption by approximately 75%. Efficient heat dissipation ensures a long lifespan, significantly lowering maintenance costs associated with replacement and repairs. ■ Abundant Covers A wide range of covers is available, with irradiation angles from 60° to 120°. Depending on the application, you can choose between a transparent type that emphasizes brightness and a milky type that reduces glare. ■ Excellent Heat Dissipation The heat sink of the HB series uses aluminum AA1070, which is superior to commonly used heat dissipation materials. For the 200W/240W models, a magnesium alloy with even higher heat dissipation properties is employed. This efficiently dissipates the heat from the LEDs, maintaining brightness while ensuring a long lifespan, achieving both improved heat dissipation efficiency and a compact, lightweight body. ■ Uses Nichia LEDs Utilizes reliable Nichia LEDs, achieving high efficiency with quality light and long lifespan. ■ Condensation Prevention Vent The condensation prevention vent attached to the light-emitting surface blocks the entry of water and dust from the outside, allowing only air to pass through. This maintains ventilation and prevents condensation and heat buildup inside the fixture. ■ Standard Equipped with Fall Prevention Wire To enhance safety, a fall prevention wire is standard equipment.

The covers, designed based on special optics, emit high-quality light that is gentle on the eyes, providing high brightness while minimizing glare. You can choose from transparent types that emphasize brightness or milky types that reduce glare, depending on the intended use.
Comparison of Thermal Conductivity by Material The HB series heat sinks use aluminum AA1070 (aluminum content 99.7%), which has superior heat dissipation properties compared to the commonly used heat dissipation material aluminum ADC12 (aluminum content 85.5%). For the high-output types of 200W and 240W, magnesium alloy, which has even better heat dissipation properties, is used.
Temperature simulation analysis Efficiently dissipating the heat from the LED while maintaining brightness, we aimed for a longer lifespan, achieving both improved heat dissipation efficiency and a compact, lightweight body.
Transition of luminous flux maintenance rate over time By adopting high-reliability LEDs from Nichia Chemical Industries, we achieved a balance of high efficiency, good quality light, and long lifespan.
