Available as a raw material for many chemicals! Mix ethanol and ether in any ratio. For pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and industrial applications!
"Ethyl pyruvate" is a product derived from the esterification of pyruvic acid. It can be mixed with ethanol and ether in any ratio. Additionally, due to its high reactivity, it readily reacts with nitrogen compounds, aldehydes, halides, and phosphorus chemicals. For this reason, it is used as a raw material for many chemicals. *Pyruvic acid is a substance involved in the biochemical synthesis and metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and amino acids in living organisms. Pyruvic acid is highly reactive and is positioned as an important intermediate in fine chemicals, such as substrates for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and pesticides. Sodium pyruvate is expected to be applied in intravenous solutions, as it provides energy to cells without going through the glycolytic pathway.
