A valve that blocks the transmission of explosion flames in pipes and ducts with a floating ball.
The "Ventex Valve" is a valve that is installed in the piping and ducts of the air flow line of equipment, blocking the transmission of explosive flames generated within the equipment through the piping and ducts using a floating ball (a lightweight, balloon-shaped metal component). It is suitable for use in downstream piping of dust collectors' clean areas and in air circulation lines of fluidized bed dryers. Unlike active systems that have detectors and electrical control systems to sense explosions, this is a passive valve that operates based on pressure within the piping. 【Features】 ■ Blocks the transmission of explosive flames with a floating ball ■ During normal operation, the puppet is held in the center of the body ■ Can detect the closing of the valve with a limit switch (optional) ■ Operates passively based on pressure within the piping *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
