【PRODUCTION】 Our carbon pipes are produced using the "sheet winding molding method," similar to the manufacturing of golf shafts, which requires high-precision lamination design technology. This molding method utilizes prepreg sheets, allowing for the production of molded products with high shape accuracy. It enables a high carbon fiber content (vf) and the production of high-performance molded products, maximizing the characteristics of carbon materials and allowing for high-precision finishing of wall thickness and outer diameter. 【SMART TUNING RATIO】 The FLEX (stiffness) and size (outer diameter/inner diameter) of the carbon pipes are designed with regularity, enabling a wide tuning of the frame's performance. Additionally, the size range corresponds to the main sizes of steel pipes (inner diameters of φ28.6, φ31.8, and φ34.9), making it easier to hybridize with carbon pipes. *Regarding the replacement of pipes in bicycle frames, our company holds a related patent for frame manufacturing (Patent No. 5145174).
