Microorganisms are selected from indigenous bacteria in the treatment tank, and essentially, three types of symbiotic bacteria are cultivated within the tank to rapidly ferment and decompose organic waste such as food waste, while also evaporating moisture. The three types of symbiotic bacteria are deposited at the International Patent Microorganism Depository Center. In the unlikely event of any issues, the treatment tank can be heated to over 120°C using steam, allowing for complete sterilization, ensuring safety. The main unit, for example, is an 8-ton processing type (operating 24 hours) with dimensions of 9.5m in length, 2.1m in depth, and 2.6m in height, requiring no vast space. The basic cycle from input to processing, drying, and discharge is completed in an average of 2.4 hours. An operator is necessary, but only for monitoring, and maintenance is easy. Since the rotor inside the treatment tank rotates slowly, breakdowns are rare. More than 30 units are currently in operation both domestically and internationally, and the adoption is accelerating in both regions.
