Introducing the painting process applied to products made in preceding processes such as bending and welding.
At Sakai Manufacturing, we perform surface treatments including the common "baked solvent painting," "electrostatic painting," and "powder coating." "Electrostatic painting" is a painting method that applies direct current high voltage between the grounded workpiece (positive electrode) and the gun (negative electrode), creating an area of action between the two electrodes to negatively charge the paint particles. "Powder coating" involves using solid paint in the form of fine particles, which are applied to the workpiece through electrostatic painting and then heated to cure. We also offer "heated black dyeing processing," where a solution of caustic soda mixed with an acid is heated to a boiling state, and steel materials are boiled to form a ferric oxide film (black rust). 【Types of Surface Treatments】 ■ Baked solvent painting ■ Powder coating (powder coat) ■ Electrostatic painting ■ Heated black dyeing processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
